I need to convert a MSFrontpage site

I created my little site in MSFrontpage. I didn't know at the time it would grow so big.

Now I have a somewhat competive site site that needs to be converted to a better for search engines format. Any suggestions?

I would first recommend taking the existing code and run it through a code clean up tool (dreamweaver has a good one) that strips frontpage only tags (ie ms smart tags) then I would take alook at your meta tags and content in relation to the keywords that are used for your site. maybe use some css to help standardize the look and code flow of the site. also use css to elimnated embedded table structure.
