Seeking feedback on new website illustration

Interesting, I'll give it that. The hand thing is kinda cool.

My only criticism is that the buttons look kind of big, bulky and...well, Flash-like. It's hard to explain, but if it were me, I'd draw the buttons and their over/hit effects in Photoshop and then import them. It just looks cleaner.

Also, you may want to blot out the address portion of the illustration. I figured out what the URL was from squinting at it a bit (and then I realized it went down the right).

At least I say that if it's an under construction work.

I don't like the arm on the left. That could be solid black or the frame of a monitor going around. Maybe use a big weightlfters hand too.
