My wife has a site and actually she does most all the on-site work. I'm just the brains behind the operation (hehe, yeah right). I often have great ideas that often tend not to be so great.
We have a page that contains articles. So, I had the bright idea to put a link to all the articles on our home page. She just did this yesterday. But as I was admiring my work (I mean her work) it struck me that unless we remove the "Article" links on our home page or the "Article" page this would be viewed by the SE's as duplicate content. Since our original "articles" page has PR, would it be a bad decision to delete this page and leave the article links on our home page? |

There's nothing wrong with putting links to all your articles on the home page. That's actually good practice, as the article pages will then have good links going to them--which will help with their link popularity and PR. Not to mention the fact that it will help your website's visitors find the articles.
Duplicate content is really when you have to pages that contain the same exact article. What you're doing, if I understand it correctly, is add links to your articles. That's not duplicate content.
