what will be a price of a logo & what will be a price of a 60MB website (with database connectivity)?

Logo could be more ... usually, you want a logo which displays nicely in b/w, too (for fax). And it should have good scalability, so you can use it as favicon etc. And it should print with as few colors as possible or your business cards will be expensive. And and and ... if you add it up, it will easily be more than 60$. However, if you just want it for your website, 60$ should be enough.
