What price range and capabilities are you looking for?
These are very nice:

Wow! This 'about.com' site has it all, describes and explains all the types and functions, and lists some top manufacturers:

Default Thanks

Thanks mikmik,

I was leaning towards the Wacom Graphire3 6x8 USB Tablet anyway. I was just trying to get a second op.

Thanks again.

No problem! I have been sort of looking into it myself.
My typing speed is slow, and my graphics creation is brutal LOL.

Glad I could help, that about.com looks good foe ME to read now.

:O)

webmasterjunkie

I would recommend the wacom tablets for sure. I was actually kind of sad when I saw that wacom had come out with the intuos3, as I had just bought the intuos2 a couple months before it came out. Don't get me wrong I love my tablet. I right like to have the newest toys, but can't justify upgrading so soon.
