Default Error Codes: What's Going On?

When I check the stats for my website, I am seeing attempts to access my music files, using the following extensions: .sub, .ssa, .srt, .smi, .psb, .idx, and .ass

A visiting site will make multiple attempts to access one of the .mid files, using all these other extensions. Can someone explain to me why this is happening? Is there some way I can alleviate this?

I have explained on my site that they are MIDI files and that .smi files are not available. I am getting many requests for .smi files, but I haven't the foggiest idea how to create those.

I'm not a video/music expert, but I believe those files are sub-title extensions, in other words they are already built-in to your video files

Default Perplexed

Yes, but I don't understand the requests, as I have no video files on my website...just "plain ole MIDI"
