want to design a new ranking site

Hi, everyone, I am from China.I'm planning to make a new ranking site toward ebook sites, but i find it difficult to decide the new site's frame. I mean which kind of content or which items are really necessary. could u give me some suggestions, please? Thank you very much!

Avoid HTML frames. It does not help you to get quick rankings in SEs. Some robots find it hard to index the content.

You have to decide on the content of *your* website. For an expert SE ranking website, you should do some tests on rankings and analyse them by yourself.
You can ask the comments from others after you have done the content. Not before that.

I'm not sure Alex actually meant HTML frames in his original post. My interpretation was more that he is looking for guidance on the range and extent of his content (with regards to eBooks). Although I agree with eSolutionsWork, a little more clarification would be good! :o)
