Default Help ... Alignment screwed up BAD!

Folks,

I have a small problem. I have my alignment screwed up in a dynamic page. Go to this page :

www.pcdigger.com/apartments

Click on any listing and then use the next and previous buttons to browse the listings. You will notice the left navigation image keeps moving (not much thou). The reason why it happens is because the page is divided into tables with border = 0 so it comes out nice. When I don't have a full line of horizontal text, the table cells shift to the middle but once I have some dummy text in there, it works just fine. Any ideas? I could figure out how much width there is needed in the cell portion of the table but I don't want to do that because then there will be an issue with different resolutions. Please HELP ME!.

If I am unclear in my description let me know what part you don't understand and I will try to explain better. Thank you.

The problem should go away if you give the cell holding the left nav a fixed width e.g 200px.

Going off topic I'd be concerned with the pure JavaScript navigation and the fact that search engines and people with JS turned off won't be able to navigate the site.
