Service Pack 2 and my mouse

Hi

I installed service pack 2 the other night and everything seemed ok until tonight when I had to do some precise adjustments to some images I was working on. I realise that when I moved the mouse slowly to the bottom right the cursor just moved right horoziontally. If I move the mouse in the same direction a little quicker there doesn’t seem to be a problem. I have an optical mouse so it’s not a roller ball problem.

This doesn’t sound much of a problem but it is costing me big in project time. Is there anyone else experiencing this problem??
