I'm curious if there is someone out there who sat down and created either an app or web app that allows someone to enter their background color info on a site, and have it spit out 'proper' colors for the rest of the theme. Basically a theme generator. For instance, if a site owner insists upon FFFF99 as the background color... <sigh>
Any help would be appreciated. |

Heh. Not exactly what you're looking for, but I've actually played around with Behr's "Color Smart" tool designed for coordinating paint schemes.
