Many times you use printers online that advertise cheap prices, they run your job along with many others.
For example, many of these places advertise a special for printing business cards for very little. The way that they do this is gang run the job with a dozen other people ike you. The plus side is that the prices are very cheap. The downside is that you don't get to pick the stock that you want to have them printed on, they are going to be 4-color process (no spot colors), and they are printed on their time table, not yours.
If those issues are not a big concern, then just make sure that they have a physical address, and a phone number that is answered by a human. Give them a call, ask them some questions, even if you already know the answers. If they seem professionl n the phone that way, they are probably OK.
