Default background image for .CSS and Netscape

Hello all,

I've been trying to figure out how to use an image for the background for Netscape. I use the following:

background-image: url(images/graphic.jpg);

and it works fine in Explorer, but does not show in Netscape. Can anyone help me out?

Thank you SO MUCH!

Thank you for the tip, really appreciated it. I just tried it and no luck.

But, I did get it to work by actually putting the background info in the actual page within the body tag, not in the CSS file.

Or, I found you could use the background image in the CSS, as long as the CSS info is within the page, and not called from somewhere else.

All the above info pertains to NetScrape 7.1 FYI...

Thanks again!

Then I'll bet the problem is to do with paths. Try
background-image: url(/images/graphic.jpg);

assuming your images/ folder is in the root.

background: url("images/graphic.jpg") repeat 100% 100%;;
