Default Adding Confirmation Email to Order Forms

I need to make the following form send a confirmation email to the patient:

https://www.keysecure.com/euromeds.c...medication.htm

Any links would be of great help!

Thanks.

Default Confirmation Emails to Order Forms

The action to send a confirmation would be in this script: https://www.keysecure.com/euromeds.co.uk/cgi-t/form.cgi

If you cannot edit this script, then you won't be able to do it unless there's some type of control panel you use to setup your forms. Then there may be a box that you can checkoff to send a confirmation Email. I know that we can do that using Cart32 Shopping Cart software, but I'm not familiar with this software.

Default

Thanks.

I understand now what was going on with this.

What happened was one of the customer service girls said that our customers werent getting confirmation emails. I found out after posting the above question, that the above link was actually working fine. It was another site that was not sending confirmations because the email account "confirmations@euromeds.co.uk" had not been set up yet for the site.

Thanks for the time.

I'll have to checkout that Cart32 Shopping Cart software. Is it better than Your Virtual Store?

Default Cart 32

I'm not familiar with Your Virtual Store. Cart332 has been "adquate" for most of my clients who only get a few thousand visitors per month. Their web site is www.cart32.com - I believe. We use them because the hosting company provides this cart as part of the hosting service.
