Default Columns: Menu & Body

Hello!

I have a question concerning the layout of my page. How can I get columns without the use of frames? For instance, the menu would be on the left, and the main content on the right. Should I use a table?

Regards,
Mike

Hmm, trying to avoid referencing to other threads, perhaps the best resource for learning css columns that I've encountered thus far is:

http://www.glish.com/css/

and the links from therein, especially to BlueRobot (I'm still sooo envious of the sheer beaty and graphic simplicity of their pages) and a list apart.

There are some problems with the basic design if you're trying to modify it to anything more complex. If and when in doubt, don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm sorry I couldn't have responded sooner, but my keyboard was acting up... but the bright side is I have a new, quieter click keyboard! :-)

Regards,
Mike
