Default Design issue - Please help me with small box!

Hello,

I posted this under another topic, but nobody seems to be responding, so I'm giving it another shot.

I would REALLY appreciate some advice on a website I am working on. It's one of those sites where I can't seem to do anything right - it's just not coming together the way I'd like it to.

Anyway, I've created 3 similar mock ups for the site:

http://www.fortuna.ca/wpg/1.html
http://www.fortuna.ca/wpg/2.html
http://www.fortuna.ca/wpg/3.html

Truthfully, I think they are all OK, but nothing spectacular. As you can see, I'm having trouble with the box on the right - any suggestions?

The green bar is where a javascript menu will be.

Meanwhile, PLEASE HELP ME!

I'm not seeing what the issue is. Could you be more specific?

I also don't see any problem. Box on the right?

I'm going to assume that those three examples you gave us were screen shots taken of the actual web site? Without knowing exactly how you're building the site (CSS or HTML layout) it's difficult to troubleshoot anything (viewing the source revealed a JPG image...and that was it for the page).

As for the "box on the right," the only thing I can see is the gray-green "tiles" - they don't line up flush with the right side in the first example. And there seems to be a little green notch sticking down out of the lower right corner of the green "Financial Solutions That Work" box in example two.

If you're asking us our opinion on how the mockups look from a graphic design perspective, then that's another thing altogether. Are you having trouble coming up with an eye-pleasing "box on the right?"

Love to help, but...
which one is your question?

Hi, thanks for responding. Yes, I am asking what to do with the box on the right. I realize that the lines aren't aligned - I will fix it if it becomes part of the final design. Meanwhile, I just can't seem to do anything with the box on the right - any spiffy suggestions? :)

How about an animated gif of a coin spinning.

I think a start would be something simple like a subtle, vertically-striped background. Think linen-textured letterhead (the operative key word here being "SUBTLE"). It has a "corporate" feel to it and sort of implies the concept of wealth. I would add it to the plain box on the right and, so it doesn't look alone and out of place, add it to the other box that is the same color. So, in the first example, that would be the light tan boxes, and in the second and third, the yellow boxes.
