Live video chat

Hi,

Does anybody have experience with implementing live video chat.

Just looking for some possible suggestions on what I should be looking at or doing to get this up and running.

I did a lot of searches on the internet but getting nowhere fast.

jChatBox - JSP Chat Application

jChatBox is a JSP™ Chat Application. Server side needs JSP/Servlet™ support. Client side could be HTML/JavaScript, Applet or Flash. Basically, jChatBox includes three HTML/JavaScript skins. It supports private messages. System user can open and control many chatrooms. Moderators can manage users (list, ban, kickoff), manage blacklist, generate transcripts and apply chatrooms parameters such as name, subject, max users, languages, synchonization model, filters ... Chatrooms are easily customizable. They could be extended by designers or programmers through the jChatBox API. Moreover, jChatBox is ready for XML thanks to its XML Connector service . Add-Ons section is available with tools like smiley filter, web cam skin, database and LDAP authentication, chinese and russian translations, Flash client, self-closing empty chatrooms, XMLTranscriptor, Load benchmark ...

I actually installed this and checked it out, just as a chat. It is not completely independent, but you can set up your own channel, it is an option during your intial use of the chat.

It was really quite slick . You do have to okay a download for a control script every time you use it, but this has been on every java chat I have seen, and their cert's were all in order.
