Default Frontpage Feedback Form Problems! Help!!!!

I am having a problem with my Frontpage feedback form. It asks each user to log onto my site to send the information. Two weeks ago I did not have this problem but recently I changed the webspace on my host's server to a diferent web space with the same host. That is when I started having problems. Since then according to Frontpage stats on my site I have had about 120 people try to e-mail me with real estate leads but I have not recieved one. The e-mail address in my "form properties" is me@mysite.com. Is there a file that I may not have transfered to the new webspace that handles the feedback form? Do you have any ideas on how I can make this work?

There's typically a lot of hidden files that FrontPage installs that can get messed up very easily when you move stuff like this.

I suggest you try re-installing the FrontPage server extensions to see if that fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, make a backup of your site (all images, html pages, etc.) and then have your technical people reinstall the hosting for your site and then reinstall the FrontPage extensions.

Make sure you also re-do the form page and then upload all changed pages.

You don't need to do much just add a space somewhere on the form then save the page again. FP will 'usually' re-write all the files it could need and if you do a FTP/Publish of all the changed pages to the new server space it might just do the trick.

The other one I once had was a permissions change at folder level which messed up a form. I can't honestly remember which folder it was but it was one of the hidden _xyz folders on the server which didn't have all write permissions.

Hope this helps
