Default Newbie having google search probs

Hello. I am a newbie at web design. I have been doing some research on Google's new search algorythms... Up until the Brandy update my site was 2 or 3 on many keyword searches. Now it isnt in the top 30 pages and counting... I have tried changing keywords, title, etc...but obviously I am doing something wrong.
My page rank is only a 3...it used to be higher.
I have 2 sights that are getting hammered - www.industrialrobotix.com and www.robotresale.com

Please help and thanks!!!!!

Erik

What is the main keyword(s) that you want to target?

There is a lot of "unatural" use of word on your page - depends how sophisticated you beleive Google is at picking up on this sort of thing???

Thanks for the reply.

I am trying to target Industrial Robotics....a competitors site is www.robots4welding.com and www.motomanrobots.com - he has excellent placement...doing a search for "motoman robots" "industrial robots" "robot integrator" - his pages are always right up there.

Mine used to be. Now it is nowhere to be seen.

Any tips would help!!!!

Thanks!

'Link:' query is not accurate and doesn't show real number of backlinks.
There are more relevant queries like '+www.address.com' and others.
But it's not important how many you have - you should get more and more possibly with anchor text containing your keywords.

Default Search Optimization

Hi there

More of a worry then your links, is the fact your webpages, that I could see are not optimized.

P.S. Wonderful looking sight, nice and full of content.
