Quick way to get out of supplemental results

I have been working with this supplemental results for more than a year, i could nt able to get it out immediately as it takes so many days, sometimes my homepage goes into supplement, i want to know what is the reason of it, how to come out of the supplement with in a day or two. In short i need a formula to get out of supplemental results, If anybody say me you need to develop links, i wont believe it because my homepage has more than 100 links to it. Please give me ideas of any kind to come out of supplemental results.

How to find out the trusted backlinks, you mean links which are on the top of the results, how do i find it , is there any tool to find it. Please help me further.
