Link to my website on google

Dear all,
Recently i try to find out how many sites was linking to my site. I try to search "link:depnaker.info" on the google search but it's look like no one have linked to my website. But when i search "link:depnaker.info" on the yahoo, in found more than 100 links to my website.
Anybody can tell what happen on my sites?

Google seemingly does not want the 'link:' queries and most here realize that google's reported backlinks do not reflect the actual links going to your website.

You can try searching for your website in quotes without the 'link:' command but of course that will miss links with different anchor text.

Yahoo is the best one to use.. i also find it orders in importance of link.

Google just shows a random? sample of backlinks

The other are correct, Yahoo will show up more links on a link:***.yoursite.*** than Google. If you register with Googles webmaster tools there is a utility there which show "backlinks to your site". This usually shows more backlinks than you see by searching with Link:***.yoursite.*** on Google.

Google show a very sample of backlinks for the link: operator. Google show a larger sample of backlinks in Google Webmaster Tools.

It is suggested that you either use GWMTs or you can use Yahoo Site Explorer to see the backlinks.
