Default Have google changed the algorithm?

Previously, when you used Google Webmasters tools there where visible your page rank and 100 keywords from your site pluss 100 keywords from your backlink anchor tags. No there isnt anymore such kind of information available and Webmaster tools lists only 200 keywords what had got from the site without the keywords in backlinks.
Also the statistics how many clicks you got from Google in Webmaster Tools does not match to number of visitors from Google using Google Analytics.
Webmasters tools number is either none or very low compared to Analytics Information.
Can anyone tell me if this is bug in Webmasters tools or have Google changed the basics if his algorithm?

I don't think there's a bug in the system. I'm not an expert on the differences between the data in analytics and webmaster tools but I will assume that the data in analytics is more precise but I couldn't exactly say why right now.

I'm sure someone else has more information about this.

Here is what some are saying at the Google help forums on this subject.
Keywords do not match - "Webmaster Tools Top search queries" vs. "Google Analytics Traffic Sources / Keywords" - Webmaster Central Help

Yep, but the main question still stands: Does Keywords in backlink anchor texts and page rank matter anymore?

Changes in Google WebMaster Tool has nothing to do with Google Algo. So Keywords in backlink anchor texts still matters and page rank has less importance now.

Well I think Google didn't really told that PR has less importance. It's just that they don't want webmasters to focus more on their PR because some webmasters think that PR is so far a very big factor in terms of rankings.

It is indeed true that Google Webmaster Tools has nothing to do with the algorithm.
