Default How much is the first page on google worth?

Being the economist I am, I want to know how much page rank is worth. I want to be on the first page of the keyword "cool t shirts". I need a page rank of about 6, all the results are in the 5-7 range. Now I convert about 1 in 200 targeted clicks in to sales (Tell me if that is low for t shirts). Given my gross profit margin that leaves me to believe that every click is worth about .008 dollars, or less than a cent. I need to know how many hits I would get off of google if I was on the first page for the keyword "cool t shirts". Because I can either spend $250 on page rank or $250 on 10,000 clicks (These clicks are not as targeted as searches on google). $250 dollars can get me about 3 days of a full time link campagin (This is my companies money in time terms). I feel like page rank is something that is expensive in time, but can offer a constent flow of customers.

Page Rank is just a minor factor when calculating rankings.
It is impossible to estimate its worth in money.

I am interested in the ROI of the time and money spent on achieving a high ranking on google.

Is there any place where I can see how many click thoughs a website gets by being on the first page of google for a certain search term?

I am going to go with advertising for now. But I need to figure out how much effort I want to put in to google and a link campaign.

Default ROI per PR or payment?

This is going to seem like a shameless plug, but it isn't. Rather it's an idea that will cost very little (and far, far less than $250) and that's to test the possibilities with Google's Adwords.
Your Adword will appear on the first page of most search terms without any need to have a PR5+. It's a whole lot cheaper than spending a chunk of hard cash in getting a high page rank via either a handsome fee to SEO people or a ton of work and experimenting of your own.
For a mere handful of dollars, though, you can very quickly learn how well and often people click on your AdWord and then, it's to be hoped, convert into a sale.
There's been much discussion of Adwords in other threads. As a start, you could do no worse than browsing through the various posts. They're both positive and negative, but they'll at least give you an idea of what you'd be getting into before you spend so much as a single dime!
