Is there a difference in the toolbar pagerank appearance between a site that is new and hasn't been indexed (a zero) versus one that is banned? I've heard people say "greyed out" but I can't say I've ever seen one that looked grey. Can someone show me an example?

I do not think that it is now clear that a grey toolbar or a white toolbar can be used to indicate a ban - it used too in the past.
A white toolbar may indicate a ban, a new page or more likely to mean that site has a PR<0 CBP |
