Discount Courier Rates Website Analyzation

Hi everyone and thank you for your time.

The site I'm working on needs some seo in my opinion but I would like to give the owner of the site a little list of some of the things related to seo that would need to be done before I proceed I would like to get a consensus if I could on what would need to be done to increase traffic, links, rankings and conversions on this site. As the title says, he offers discount courier shipping rates to his members.

P.S. The owner had hired someone to do seo on his site as well but I'm not too sure if that was the case...

If you are charging for SEO services that you are incapable of providing, you will have trouble getting help..
