Default What constitutes link abuse

What constitutes link abuse … I don’t want to run afoul of G but I would like to share traffic as much as possible as they are all very new

Here is what I have now

site A - http://www.motopixel.com/

has both front page links and RSS feeds for http://www.bytecamera.com/ and http://www.carpixel.com/

site B - http://www.carpixel.com/

has both front page links and RSS feeds for http://www.bytecamera.com/ and http://www.motopixel.com/

site C http://www.bytecamera.com/ has only a RSS feed for http://www.bytedvd.com/

site D http://www.bytedvd.com/ has only a RSS feed for http://www.bytecamera.com/

Have I already gone too far?

Can I do more?

Is there a better way to link your own sites?

nay - you'll likely stay out of Google's crosshairs.

But instead of developing and crosslinking sites - why not develop something unique - a forum, directory, a blog. Much more productive and further you won't have to ask if you went too far!:-)

Default directory

Hi,

Fathom, could you give us more details on how to develop a directory, or a URL to where I can find more information? It sounds like a great idea --- I had been thinking along those lines.

Thanks,

Nanci

I'm a little late on getting in on this one. Chipmunk script isn't too bad, myself I prefer Gossomer Threads Links 2.0 ( http://www.gossamer-threads.com/scripts/links/index.htm ) There is a free version, and it does require a few mods to have it provide a true link out, rather then a cgi jump link.

As for Forum, all agreeance with phpbb, also needs a few mods it needs to help get things going. I have only used one other (Ultimate PHP I hink it was) and it was slightly less limited. Another one that I will be getting into soon is http://www.simplemachines.org/index.php.
