I can see the PR in my Firefox PR plugin ...

My sites have been showing 1 or 0 PR for awhile now

I have Softbills, the site has new content daily, around 2,000 visitors a day and around 200 links from 30 sites. The site ranks #1 for almost every key phrase and page 1 for almost all the phrases we've optimized for.

Yet it is only showing homepage PR 1. How does that make any sense?

I can't see any PageRank with IE7 for Youtube, Google or any sites that have ranking. I will try to install PR for firefox and see if I can see the ranking. Thanks!

P/S I just install PageRank in Firefox and it is showing the PR. Seems like something has gone wrong in IE7. Maybe I should upgrade to IE8. Is that a good idea as I wonder if IE8 is stable?

I don't see anything for you either but I am seeing intermittent PR on some of my sites too.

How often is PR updated? I know there are "big" updates periodically, but is PR constantly updated?

I regretted to upgrade IE8 as it hangs my system. Now my system is unable to scandisk or defrag though I manage to remove the IE8 back to IE7. Somehow the system is messed up and I am thinking how to resolve the issue.

I do believe it may be something wrong with the IE7 for not showing PR. I am now searching for solution.

I believe it does.. PR is a measure of how reputable (lots of inbound links) the page is and the quality (less than 50% bounce rate. Meaning visitors are really reading it and found help through it) of the content in it.
