I was confused I get 20 clicks on my ads in adwords but 0 visits. How does it happen? Any explanation from adwords guru here?

I have heard a lot of people complaining about inconsistencies in the stats reported by Google AdWords and Google Analytics. So it could just be a Google glitch. You should contact AdWords support with this issue. They might have a better answer.

The problem is that two years ago you'd (after a while) get a sensible reply from a real person who would ask you to fill out a satisfaction survey after they had helped you.

Now -if you are lucky- you will get an email answering an entirely different question with links to other also utterly irrelevant answers. It's going backwards rather than forwards at Google, sorry to say.
