for people new to wordpress and having problem with google serps

i have been using wordpress for a while but my recent newbie mistake will hopefully help other people in this forum. after a recent installation of wordpress at my tingmo.com site, the main index page has been completely deindexed from google. it turns out wordpress by default has the privacy status turned on where it blocks search engines like google and other bots. to solve this go to Settings, Privacy and undo the block.
