Default New internal pages not indexed ??

Strange thing seems to be going on.. We have completely redesigned our site (using CSS now) and added a few pages (We tried to keep the old filenames in tact to keep the pagerank). The newly added pages are linked via the homepage and via the already indexed pages using normal href links.

My logs tell me that googlebots are visiting my site (not sure which exact pages) about 1 time a day (!) but the new pages are not showing up !

I'm using allinurl:fxdomains.com to check this, is this correct ?

Anyone knows how long it would take for the new pages to be indexed ? Could it be Google doesn't like sites written entirely in CSS ?

HELP !

Regards,
Mike.

Homepage of this site has PR5 which means that your new pages should be indexed quite fast.
Be patient and wait few more days and I'm sure your new pages will get spidered.
Using CSS might even help as code is cleaner and can be better interpreted by spiders.

In addition to this, I've read recently several posts here on the forum about problems with indexing new pages...
I think there is some kind of slow down at Google so the best you can do is probably just to wait and be patient... :-)

There seems to be a lot of unrest over googles indexing and updating policies over the past month or so, but I suspect that it may be indicative of something going on in the Google background.

Google have been in this business successfully for quite a while, and you can bet they are not sitting back resting on their laurels, when one viable competitor has sprung up and at least one more is in the wings.

Thanks for the replies so far. I think you guys must be right.. it does seem to take much longer now a days because when I went live with the original site about 6 months ago, the whole site was indexed within a week of going live !

We are extra worried at the moment because with the new design, we made the homepage quite clean and are depending on internal pages to get the keywords.. I must have dropped 25% in traffic since the site has gone live and the new index page was indexed (which only took a day by the way).. That will teach me trying to improve the site for our customers !

Keep 'm coming ! Any advice on source code / SEO for my site (google in particular) also appreciated (http://www.fxdomains.com) !

Many Thanks,
Mike.[/url]

Thanks for the advice. Yesterday 2 more of my pages were added to Google.. It's going slow but it does seem to happen ! I might submit the other few missing ones manually as suggested.

Any advice anyone can give me on SEO ?
