They update it almost every day - tweaks happen all the time; the dial gets turned to weight different factors.
The specific reason is that they want to continuous improve the quality of the results! |

they update so frequently now. All they do is to give the higher quality results. And we can't do a thing, the only thing we can do now is to create unique, high quality content. All we know about google is guessing, there's nothing disclosed by google.

How do you even know when google updates its algorithm?
