does google recognize double domains?

I checked my site's external links, and some pages that are only linked to by our other domain parked on the same host are ranking such that I believe they got credit for the links from that parked domain. Can it be that Google isn't bothering to check that?

I don't think they do, but I'm sure yahoo does.

Try to submit articles, it's very effective on boosting backlinks. Also check for do follow submission sites.
