No Visitors until 3am nightly Google?

I have rely host and I never get any traffic until after 3 am. Can the host be responsible for this problem? How do I know my site is visible during the day? Is this a Google problem? Ranks high in google....

I've never heard of that before, google only sending visitors to a site after 3 am?

Are these unique visitors or? I'm sure your site is "visible" (same SE position) 24 hours a day. Maybe these visitors come form another country?

Visitor coming to your page is not depend what time is.
