Some sites could help you with your SERP but most social bookmarking sites could help you more on driving traffic for your site.

don't just submit on couple of SB/SN site there are plenty of SB/SN that you can submit on...this may help you get backlinks and drive traffic as well..Digg is a good one...

Personally I miss LinkedIn: Relationships Matter on that list.

You only want to include a snippet/summary of the article, since including everything could lead to a duplicate content issue down the road.

If you want your site to get credit for the original article, then do not use the full article on social bookmarking.

You should be creating social pages/profiles and link to one another from them.

There are Social bookmark/network sites that gives you an option for blogs... you could create contents in that blog that could help out your site...

on that page he has also his linkedin.com (profile page link) and many other links,
But the idea is if you can link from profile to profile page in social marketing, this is great for SEO.

They will itself not allow you to submit full article as there are limitation of charectors in description.

Try to write a unique and compelling Title and description for the bookmarks.
Choose the best suited category for the bookmark.
Bookmark all the pages of your website.
Recommend it to your friends to bookmark too.
