Themes and PR

is there any realtionship between themes or templates and pr?
Frequent changes in themes of mysite will affect pr?
please let me know?

I have experienced ranking and traffic fluctuations after modifying my WP themes. I tried to setup the nofollow tags, sidebars, etc. all the same, but for unknown reasons, the pages got devalued for a short while. They eventually crept back up the results and I started seeing more traffic again, so it certainly could've been the template. I really hadn't changed anything else at that time.

Be sure to look in the source code of your themes for hidden links to other sites - the designer, the sponsor, etc. Nofollow all of these and/or remove everything but the designer's copyright.
