Help for buying google keywords ads

I want to buy google keywords ads, and basically do not know how it works.
Should I just put the keywords that I bought from google into some pages of my site or others?

I do not quite understand your question but here are two tips that might be helpful.

1) Use the AdWords Help Center to learn about how it works.

2) Put your question in the Google Adwords Discussion Forum instead of the Google Discussion Forum.
