Exclamation Google update 30th April 2008 why PR gone to 0 ?? see results

As this time Google update happened some websites pr went to 0 why????

I did search on it and I found that any page which having “link” only the word link in their url the pr went for 0.

Here are some results

GMI - Web Development Links, Resources earlier page pr was 3 now 0.

GMI - Software Development Links, Resources earlier page pr was 2 now 0

GMI - Other Links, Resources earlier page pr was 2 now also 2 for the site.

You can compare in that 2 pages having link in their url and the last one not have.
This I have checked for many websites same thing I found on that also.

Need your suggestion

have actually seen this a bit recently too. seems a bit unlikely google would randomly just hit every incidence of the word "link" in a url all over the web though, theyre not all going to be recip links pages.

we are going to rename a couple of pages to "resources" or similar and 301 old to new and see what happens.

I do not doubt what you say, since I was expecting that since last September.
But I would like to ask you; is that your observation or did you read about this issue somewhere? If you have any resource or evidences I would appreciate them very much.

Thanks,

John

HUH? I am guessing that you are saying making frequent changes to your website can help your rank. Well that is not true.
