Default register redirected URL's

I have 5 url's at Godaddy Domain Hosting permanent reirected to my main url. Should I register the redirected url's to the search engines?

Also, I own about 35 url's at Godaddy all pertaining to the same subject matter as my main url. I thought of redirecting all of them, but the Godaddy rep said one should never redirect over 5 or 6 url's to a main url. Any thoughts on that?

thanks,
Ron

Why do you want tot do this to begin with? I highly doubt they get much type in traffic to begin with to warrant this.

No. It is fine to have redirect URLs for offline marketing purposes. For example you may want a shorter URL for a tv commercial or something. But you only publish your main URL online. If somehow Google notices the other domains you are not in trouble, however you will be if you actively market each URL online.
