Has anyone seen this?

The Ecommerce Articles, News and Tips for Online Retail - Get Elastic Ecommerce Blog blog posted a screen shot of some ads that Google changed the was they were displaying.

The url's are now on the top and are no longer on the bottom.

Looks odd since we are so used to something else. I guess I like sandwhiched look better.
