Default Google's New Search Bar in the Search Results

Well interestingly enough - I don't know how many people have seen this or if this has been posted at WebProWorld.com but google's placing a search bar in the search results - so far from what I've checked out - only for domains that have sitelinks.

Check this result for a search on craigslist:
craigslist - Google Search

Or this for a search on OSCommerce:
oscommerce - Google Search=

Neat!

Am I new!?

Is there a way to ensure Google can NOT add this function to a site? Disable in G Web Tools maybe? Already have a very effective onsite KW search system, so I'd had to think new visitors to the site would see this first and use a bland G SERP page rather than the onsite search. Conversion rates down I would suspect.

Anyone measured effectiveness yet?
