Angry Big drop in indexed pages, Google takes wrong sub domain

Hello all,

We are experiencing a very large problem with our site Business Directory, Search Engine for Products and Services in Australia - find businesses in Australia clickfind™
It used to appear first when searching for "clickfind" clickfind - Google Search now it shows one of our sub domains as the first result, i.e. bbx.clickfind.com.au and this is really not what we want.

We've also completely disappeared from the radar for the keywords "business directory", we used to be between number 24 and 30 for that keyword, now its nothing at all.

I've been discussing this with someone, and they think its due to the duplicate content, although its all been indexed very nicely before. I personally think it might have something to do with us changing the TITLE of the site, because it seemed to happen right after we changed the title.

We've submitted site maps for the domains, and only submitted those pages that are different for each sub domain, i.e. bbx.clickfind.com.au and bartercard.clickfind.com.au have a pages that are different than those on the main site, and those are the ones in the sitemaps. The main site has ALL pages listed in the sitemap.

Is there anyone who can tell me why:
Google is showing bbx.clickfind.com.au as the main domain for us and not www.clickfind.com.au?
Google is not giving us any results anymore for the keywords "business directory"?

The reason we have those other sub domains is because the first page is relevant to searchign for businesses in BBX and Bartercard.

PS. I was a bit paranoid there for a while as we've completely stopped our Google Ad campaigns for the domain that has disappeared from radar, and a few days later we had these problems. but, like I said, it was probably paranoia.

Why not 301 redirect the subdomain to the root domain? FYI I see the root ranking #1 here.

Hi,

>> FYI I see the root ranking #1 here.
Please tell me more? What and where do you see it #1, got a link?

I do see we're back again, I guess we just fell off and came back

Can't redirect, as there is different content (dynamically created) on a few pages depending on the domain requested.
