Google Maps - Going Bananas!

A couple of months ago I inserted a Google Map on a web page:
Packing Services (see the code using <iframe> tags)
This was a simple and straightforward task. Yesterday I tried to do the same thing for another site, registered for an API key, but all I get is a map of California, there seems to be no way to customize the the map as before.

Have looked through all the help pages and can't make sense of it!

Any ideas?
