Hi,
Is it true that google has changed their algo for optimization?
Please help me to overcome with this confusion.

The algorithm is constantly changing - it's never exactly static.

Minstrel posted a link to Google Keeps Tweaking Its Search Engine a while back. The article is about how Amit Singhal and hundreds of other Google engineers are constantly tweaking the Google Algorithm.
