problem after site updated

hi, i reconstruct the old one site crete house - crete villa Action constructing to a new one with dynamic content and additional properties. I keep the static pages with almost the same content an titles,desc etc.... and i add more content with villas and other properties with valid XHTML code all the new one site.

The problem is that the site fall in google search engines despite the increment of pages indexing. I had 30 pages index and now i have more than 100.

For example with the word homes crete i was in first top 10 results an now i am in 3rd page 24-28. What cause this problem...my site is reconstructed with validation and better construction.

Any advice?
