A transcript of a September 24th interview with Matt Cutts was published today (10/08/07) by Eric Enge. It touches on passing PR through various types of links and redirects; and robots.txt functions.

A couple of interesting points:

• MC says Google can follow javascript links.
• A NoIndex page can accumulate PageRank, though it won't show in Google's index.

Another hot topic covered: the use of toolbar or Analytics data:

Eric Enge: Right, indeed. What about the toolbar data, and Google analytics data?

Matt Cutts: Well, I have made a promise that my Webspam team wouldn't go to the Google Analytics group and get their data and use it. Search quality or other parts of Google might use it, but certainly my group does not. ....
