It is available for free download.

The submithelper.com site charges to submit to free search engines. Obviously they have staff who need to be paid.

They have a link to a free service, too.

Me, I used it but not for automatic submissions.. but for manual submissions...

Why? I just get the directory lists from that submitter and do it manually... It has plenty of lists of directories to submit to..

Use the manual submissions with different titles and descriptions. By using the different titles and descriptions will help you to get listed with the desired keywords
