Google Maps locations

I'm interested in displaying three locations on a Google Map and embedding the map into a page. However I can't get the three locations to display simultaneously, despite attempting some search word legerdemain.

Does anyone know how I can get three specific locations to show on the GM?

Naturally, I found the solution after posting the question. Answer: click "Create new map" (a generalization of the wanted locations), then upon entering locations and thus finding locations on the map, "Save to My Maps" (the newly created generalized uber-map).

Edit: But the locations aren't showing. Thought I had it there. I'm talking to myself.
