Hi,
Just noticed today that Google (UK certainly) seems to have changed the way they count results. Whereas before if there were 2 results from one site they would be counted as one (so there may be say 16 results on a page of 10), it appears that they are counting each result separately. For example - fudge titanium - Google Search There are only 7 different sites on the first page here. I'm happy enough with this one as the first 4 results are from my sites What does everyone think about this and has anyone else noticed it? I'm not so sure it's a good thing. David

Yes, but previously (unless I am mistaken) each *site* would only count as one result out of the 10, regardless of how many indented results they had.
So, in my example, there are now 7 *sites* listed in the top 10 results and 3 have effectively moved off the front page.
