Default site that has fallen into the supplementals

We've got a site that has fallen into the supplementals and we just really don't know why
[url=http://www.merashadi.com/]
We do not have any link farm links or from a dodgy site.
We are very new to seo and all the matter comes from our clients.
I read that we should do "deep linking" what is this?
Do links going out of the site matter too ?
We have just kept on creating new content fo this site but that too goes into suplementals.
Any help will be highly appriciated.

You probably just need to increase your OR since that is the biggest factor in causing pages to go supplemental. Keep getting inbound links to your pages to increase your PR. Deep linking means getting links to your inner pages as opposed to getting links for your home page.

And outbound links do not help you get out of the supplemental index and they do not help your rankings.

You need to work on getting links pointing to your site.

You have very few and the ones I looked at aren't real strong.

Too weak of a link profile will cause your pages to get placed into the supplemental index regardless of content.
