Yahoo site explorer is something like Google site maps where you will have the information of the last download of the page and all.
Where as in Google personalized pages you are just adding your favorite sites, I am not sure Google will give importance for the links in your Google personalized page.

Hi Tushar,
In order to know whether Google processed your RSS feed, is to give a search with complete URL in Google Search. If you get results means your RSS feed is processed & indexed by Google (same as we find for our website). But i mostly submit my RSS feed in RSS director, Google indexed those directory & thus my RSS feed get indexed. I use Google personalised page to check its proper functionality. Secondly, to know the status or to submit your rss feed in google directory, i think you need to create a Google gadget & submit it in Google gadget directory under suitable category. For more information visit: Google Help : Add to Google button Thanks & Regards -- Ann

There are many ways to get Google to pick up your RSS feed.
1) Link to it from your XML Sitemap and your regular HTML sitemap 2) Ping your RSS feed to a number of aggregators (Technorati the best) 3) Tag your blog posts at social bookmarking services (del.icio.us, wink, etc.) 3) Put LINK-REL mark-up into your blog pages themselves: <link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="Jon Doe’s Blog Feed" href="http://doe.com/feed.xml" /> Google will find it in the end, don't worry. Good to also provide ways for users to easily subscribe to your RSS feed (addthis.com has some good buttons and RSS email subscribe at feedburner.com also handy).
