Default Multi URL,s Pointing to 1 URL

I have a number of URL,s all made around the word's shutters and direct in both english and dutch spellings ( there are several differences - direct and direkt ) but with .es, .fr, .eu and so on. At the moment i have 1 domain shuttersdirect.nl which is running and climbing the organicaly . I have submitted all of the other domains to the main players using IBP and currently all of the other urls are all pointing at shuttersdirect.nl. I will develop the other URLs in time but i want them to get out of the sandbox in time so I thought best to do it this way.

Will i be penalixed for this in my ranking for the 1 site that they are all pointed to?

Would it be best to put 1 pagers on each site and have them linking? or should I have them pointing nowhere? what is best?

If all the sites contain unique content, linking them (where appropriate) back to the main site isn't a problem. Just don't go overboard.

They are not sites as such with individual pages but the DNS setting on my domain account points them all to the one domain

Submitting these domains wont do much and without having real websites on them I doubt you will be getting them out of the sandbox any quicker.

If your not ready to build out websites on each I would not make them go live or 301 redirect them to the main domain. All you would gain would be type in traffic until you build out a website fro each, so if you think type in traffic will not happen in each region why go live with them?

how do I go about that if they are not on a ISP yet but parked and using DNS server settings to point to the main domain . I can set them up selectivley ie the ones that are closest to home shuttersdirect.eu and shuttersdirect.be.

Is there a way of 301 without being on and isp?

You say they wont have much effect - they have been like that for the last 4-5 months and ranking climbing well. If it has no effect I could put it back the way it was. Please advise

Thats the point about type in as the site is in english and dutch so thats why I made variations - shuttersdirect and direkt - direktshutters and directshutters as the word shutter is an english word but used in holland.... but not by everyone

Help is right. These domains will do nothing except catch people typing in your exact domain name in their address line. With no code, no links, no text, nothing for the spiders to read or pass on there is no way they are going to have indexed pages...because there are no pages.

If you can host all those domains build a page, unique for each url and include a link to your main site. The likelyhood that they will rank high as a single page site is still somewhat remote but it will give all those domains a use, they have no use at the moment.
This would also give you an opportunity to open up to niche keywords, Using each domain to feature a specified keyword phrase in what ever language will you give you a better chance to get these one page websites to rank.

With other URLS pointing to main URL will not have any effect in term of traffic. I would suggest that you start building some contents on each individual URLs that are currently pointing to the Main URL. In a long term, you will be able to create higher ranking and drawing new traffic from all these URLs. I always believe in doing every bit for individual URL to build into an empire.

As far as I know promotional domains have little or no value.

I personally would rather park all these domains and spend time and focus on my online marketing of the primary domain.

I have had two parked domains for over a year now and reading this thread has rekindled my thoughts. I would like these domains to be supprtive of our mains business which is real estate in a particular region of Spain. The domains are .eu

I have thought one could be an article site dedicated to this area and perhaps the other a Blog

Would welcome any advice.

By the way I have acted on the good advice I received when I submitted our site for review and hired a professional copy writer. Should be updating in the next month
